At Gio Wood Fired Pizza our passion is pizza, we offer authentic wood fired Italian pizza's using only the finest Italian ingredients.
Giovanni Pillitteri is one of the last remaining members of the Pillitteri family. He has had the pleasure of learning the traditional art of pizza craftsmanship taught by his grandfather Carmelo Pillitteri in Palermo, Sicily as a child in the late 1960’s.
